A driver has escaped a near-fatal incident after a block of ice shattered his windshield while driving in Pennsylvania. Truck driver Josh Keating was traveling eastbound on Interstate 78 heading to Allentown on his way to see a client following a snowstorm when the incident occurred on Monday, Feb. 17,ABC 6 Action Newsreported.
