Two people who died when a truck plunged into the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., have been identified as twin brothers.
The fatal crash occurred around 7 p.m. local time on Thursday, Jan. 16, when their truck collided with another vehicle on the Arlington Memorial Bridge, according toFOX affiliate WTTG.
The truck then veered to the left before going over the edge of the bridge and into the water,ABC affiliate WJLAreported.

Two humpback whales swam to freedom after local responders helped the animals escape life-threatening entanglements.
After a local tour boat operator reported a stuck whale, staff at the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary — a nationally recognized and protected whale habitat that also assists with scientific and conservation efforts — led a team of rescuers on Jan. 8 to help detangle the whale.
