A pregnant woman says that she’s changing the name she and her husband had initially decided on for their unborn child — but her mother-in-law has already gotten a tattoo of the original name.
In a post shared toReddit, the anonymous 30-year-old woman writes: “My husband and I are expecting our first child, a boy.”
“We had a name we liked but never told anyone it was final,” she adds.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of arson amid theLos Angeles wildfires— but officials do not believe the incident to be connected to the devastating blazes.
The woman, 60-year-old Gloria Lynn Mandich, was taken into custody and charged with felony arson related to a Jan. 8 brush fire in Los Angeles County, California State Parks announced in apress releaseon Friday, Jan. 10.
The Kentucky native now faces a felony charge for allegedly causing a fire of a structure or forest land, as well as a separate arson charge specific to fires started during an emergency, records show.

An office worker says their coworker has an unusual habit: removing her shoes and going barefoot while at work.
In a post shared to Reddit, an anonymous intern writes that she began her current stint at a law firm in December, and a new intern joined in January.
Since joining the firm, the new intern has “been taking off her shoes while working,” according to the Reddit user.
