A plane passenger is taking extra precautions to give her some peace of mind before flying — but not everyone agrees with her actions.
On Feb. 15, TikTok userDesiree Saltershared her pre-boarding ritual in a short clip that has since gone viral, racking up 5.7 million views as of Friday.
In the video, she is seen holding a small bottle filled with what she tells PEOPLE is “Holy oil or blessed oil” to draw a cross on the outside of the plane before boarding.

A woman says she was upset when she came home to an empty table after she asked her boyfriend, who works from home, to prepare dinner.
The 23-year-oldpostedabout the ordeal on Reddit’s “Am I the A——” forum, writing that she works from early morning into the evening, while her 26-year-old boyfriend, whom she lives with, stays home all day, studying.
“I usually come home to cook and I really don’t mind it at all,” the woman wrote, adding, “Today my boyfriend said he would cook as I told him I was really hungry during work.

The family of a 3 year old who fell into an icy pond in South Carolina is thanking a woman whose quick action saved the little girl’s life.According tothe North Charleston Police Department, Kendra Festian, her husband and children were enjoying the snow at The Lakes subdivision on Wednesday morning, Jan. 22 when the incident occurred.The child fell through the surface of a partially frozen pond after she followed several older boys onto the ice, police said.
