A World War II veteran is starting over at 104 after his Malibu home was recently lost in thePacific Palisades fire.Speaking to Los Angeles’ABC 7on Monday, Jan. 20, Martin Copenhafer said it’s still hard to process the monumental loss.“I’m in shock, I’m still in shock,” he told the outlet.Copenhafer lived in the home for 55 years until flames wiped his community away when the fires began on Jan.

A llama that has been spending time with chronically ill children in North Carolina for nearly two decades has just etched his name into the llama history books — or at least some future world-record books.
Born on Dove Oaks Farm in May 1997, Whitetop was donated to the camp in February 2006 and he’s since become a fixture for those looking for a selfie, or even just a four-legged pal.

Globetrotters can have peace of mind when they travel as the safest airlines for 2025 have been revealed!
On Sunday, Jan. 12,AirlineRatings.comunveiled its annual list of the world’s safest full-service and low-cost airlines from the 385 it monitors.
They assessed serious incidents over the past two years, fleet age, fleet size, rate of incidents, fatalities, profitability, IOSA certification, ICAO country audit pass, as well as pilot skill and training.

Jordynne Grace was panicking and “sobbing” as she took her dog to theemergency vet— only to learn that the canine had eaten some of her edibles.
The professional wrestler and bodybuilder, 28, explained the sequence of events on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Thursday, Dec. 19, starting with avideoof the pup, Piper, acting a bit unusual at the vet.

During the2025 Oscars, host O’Brien, 61, made a direct reference to the ongoing feud between rappers Drake, 38, and Lamar, 37, and a line in the latter’s diss track “Not Like Us,” which won five Grammys at the2025 Grammy Awards.
“We’re halfway through the show, which means it’s time for Kendrick Lamar to come out and call Drake a pedophile,” O’Brien said during his monologue during the Sunday, March 2 telecast and in front of the live audience.
