On Wednesday, Jan. 22, the airline updated itspassenger contractto include guidelines on what is acceptable to wear when boarding their planes. Within its “Conduct/Condition section,” Spirit Airlines stated that passengers will not be allowed to board the flight or “may be required to leave an aircraft” if they are wearing “inadequate” attire such as “see-through clothing; not adequately covered; exposed breasts, buttocks, or other private part.
