A bride got a “shoulder meat” guest book in a shocking mixup.
In less than two weeks, Tara Henderson is getting married to Kevin Porter. She was excited to find that her custom wedding guest book had arrived on time on Monday, Dec. 2. But her excitement turned into a combination of shock and confusion when she opened her package that afternoon and saw a book titled “SHOULDER MEAT” in all-caps.

Last week, a user onRedditshared a story about a bride who put her parents and dog on a diet ahead of her big day.“Came across the most unhinged thing I’ve heard a bride do,” the user wrote as a title on the website. “She’s getting married this year and she has put her parents on a diet for the wedding.”The person added, “If you thought this was bad just wait… She’s also put the dog on a diet 😂.

After refusing to accept a wedding “gift” from her best friend, a soon-to-be bride is wondering if she did the right thing.
The woman, 29, explained her reasoning for refusing the gesture in aposton Reddit’s “Am I the A——” forum on Tuesday, Jan. 14, starting with details about her upcoming nuptials. She is getting married in Las Vegas in August, and the wedding festivities will extend beyond the ceremony, with a “weekend celebration with all kinds of activities leading up to the big day.
