A New Jersey family is suing DraftKings after a father of two gambled away more than $1 million of his family’s money across four years.
DraftKings is accused of negligence, fraud and violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. D’Alessandro wants the company to return all of the money she claims Mdallo1990 “stole” from her and the kids, according to the complaint.

One day in late 2023, Sheldon, 28, chose a pickle as his snack, and when he shared it with Cooper, he ended up eating the entire thing.
“He loved it. He called them ‘kickles’ for a while,” Janie, 27, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “It became a little tradition. Toddlers thrive on routine, so it just became another part of his evening to-do list. It became their thing.”

Grayson, the former Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office deputy, was charged with first-degree murder after he fatally shot Massey, who was unarmed, on July 6.
