In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at the Dec. 23 episode, Gino and Jasmine join the other couples in an erotic sex therapy activity: painting syrup on their partners’ bodies and licking it off.

The activity begins with one partner, known as the “explorer,” picking parts of their lover’s body to paint the syrup. Then, their therapist reveals the big twist: “Now it’s time to remove the syrup … with your mouth!”

Gasps echo across the courtyard, as some of the couples are hesitant to take the next step. But, not Gino and Jasmine.

“Eat it! Eat it!” Jasmine cheers while lying down on a chair. “Come! Come!” she adds, while grinning and pointing to her sticky legs.

Gino playfully flings Jasmine’s legs up in the air, throwing them over his shoulders as she giggles with glee.

“Gino and Jasmine look like they’re having a blast,” Brandon says in a confessional alongside his wife Julia, who are also taking part in the couples' retreat.

But Julia offered a different response to watching Gino getting frisky with Jasmine. “I can’t watch this because my dad [is the] same age and I can’t imagine that!” she says.

Prior to the exercise, Gino and Jasmine’s sex life had hit a wall. The couple revealed in the first episode of the series that theyhad not slept in the same bed together in eight months, and Gino feared their relationship was going “down the drain.”

But could this exercise help breathe new life into their romance? Brandon seems to think so.

“Their relationship might be fine after this,” he suggests.
