Aaron Rodgers Goes for Solo Walk Wrapped in a Blanket as His Next NFL Team Remains in Question

As the sports world waits to hear which NFL team wants him,Aaron Rodgershit the beach.

Rodgers wrapped himself in a large black blanket for the beach stroll and kept his wired headphones in his ears as he walked.

The former NFL MVP wore a white shirt, patterned swim shorts and a backwards trucker hat, but kept his feet bare as he strolled the sand.

After spending two years with the Jets, the organization informed Rodgers on Feb. 13 that they’d be releasing him and moving in “another direction” at their quarterback position.

The team released a statement at the time, with head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey saying, “We want to thank him for the leadership, passion, and dedication he brought to the organization and wish him success moving forward.”

The quarterback, known for hiscontroversial viewsandrocky relationship with family, joined the Jets after he was traded from the Packers in April 2023.

In his debut with the Jets, Rodgerssuffered a torn Achilles tendonthat took him out for the entire season, much to the disappointment of the team’s fans and the organization. In his second season with the team, Rodgers started every game of the season but the Jets finished with a disappointing 5-13 record and ultimately missed the playoffs.

On Saturday, March 15, Rodgers will host his annual 3x3 flag football tournament in Mission Viejo, Calif. for a charitable cause.
