All About Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's Blended Family

Kourtney KardashianandTravis Barker’s blended family includes seven children.

Each star has three children from previous relationships. Kardashian sharesMason,PenelopeandReignwith her exScott Disick, while Barker is father to hisson Landon, daughter Alabama and his stepdaughter Atiana, all of whom he shares with ex-wifeShanna Moakler.

The couplewelcomed their first child together, sonRocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2023.

Before theirItalian wedding, theirlegal marriageon May 15, 2022, and even their"practice wedding" in Las Vegasin April 2022, Kardashian and Barker have been open about how much they love each other — and each other’s children — and have spent a lot of time together as a blended family.

During a February 2025 episode ofThe Kardashians, Kardashian said she had been living at Barker’s house since Rocky was born as her house was being renovated to fit the entire family.

“I feel like blending, in the beginning, isa lot of adjustingfor each person,” she said at the time. “Us in their space and then us being out of our space and into a new space. But it’s really good, but I do want to get this going. And my stepkids have lived in their home for their whole lives. It’s new, all living together in one house, which is nice. It is change but I think we’re at a really amazing place with it.”

Atiana De La Hoya

De La Hoya is the daughter of Moakler andboxing champ Oscar De La Hoyaand was 5 years old when Barker married Moakler. The artist-model shares a close relationship with her stepdad, even after Barker and Moakler’s 2009 divorce.

In fact, afterBarker’s pancreatitis scarein June 2022, De La Hoya wrote asweet message in her Instagram Story, thanking everyone for their support.

“Thank you for the outpouring of love and prayers sent our way at this time,” she wrote. “It is heard, felt and appreciated Xx.”

In addition to her art career, De La Hoya has been modeling since her teens.

“I just wanted to hang out with friends,” she toldPage Sixin 2021. “I didn’t want to have a career or work.”

But these days, she’s signed with LA Models and posts her shoots on Instagram.

Landon Asher Barker

Barker and Moakler’sson Landonwas born on Oct. 9, 2003, and shares a passion for music with his rockstar dad. Since 2018, Landon has dropped a new song every year, including “I Don’t Need Her,” “Trust” and “Holiday.”

The blossoming drummer also has film experience and appeared inMachine Gun Kelly’s 2021 musical film,Downfalls High. Landon guest-starred alongside notable celebs such asSydney Sweeney,Chase Hudson,Maggie Lindemann, Trippie Redd andBlackbear.

In June 2022, he began datingTikTok star Charli D’Amelio. However, the couple eventually called it quits in February 2024.

“We broke up to focus on ourselves,” Landon wrote on Instagram. “We are still friends and have so much love for each other.”

Alabama Luella Barker

The youngest of the Barker family, Alabama, was born into the spotlight (literally) in December 2005, where she was first introduced on season 2 ofMeet the Barkers.

Like her older brother, she haspursued her passion for music. She’s also built a large following on social media, turning toTikTokas an outlet (racking up over 5 million followers).

In addition to her dad’s wife, Alabama has another connection to the Kardashian crew: She’s best friends withJodie Woods(younger sister ofKylie Jenner’s ex-friend,Jordyn Woods).

Mason was born on Dec. 14, 2009, making him the first grandchild of the Kardashian family.KUWTKfans may recall Mason’s birth, as it was filmed and aired on season 4 of the reality show.

Family means everything to the Kardashians, which explains Mason’s middle name: It’s a tribute to their last name and was the nickname of his late grandfather,Robert Kardashian.

Mason joinedInstagramin May 2024 and now has more than 875,000 followers. However, life in the spotlight has led to increased rumors about the high schooler — one of which speculated that he had fathered a child.

In March 2025, Kardashian stepped in to shut down the rumors about her son.

“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true. They are not,” she wrote on Instagram. “Mason does not have a child.”

“He is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him. Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lies,” Kardashian continued.

Penelope Scotland Disick

Born on July 8, 2012, Penelope is Kardashian and Disick’s second child (and only daughter). Like her brother Mason, “P” was also born into the spotlight onKUWTK(don’t you remember when Kourtney famously pulled her out with her own hands?).

AlthoughKardashian and Disick split in 2015, the exes have been committed to ensuring enough “family time” for their kids, includingdaddy-daughter dinner datesandspa days with mom.

Reign Aston Disick

The youngest of the Disick siblings, Reign was born five years to the day after his elder brother Mason. Kardashian gave birth to him on Dec. 14, 2014; unlike his older siblings, he was not born on camera. In fact, it took four months until a photo was released in April 2015.

Rocky Thirteen Barker, 1

A month later, the couple shared thefirst photos of Rockyon Instagram. Kardashian and Barker, who were seen cuddling the infant, made sure to conceal their son’s face in the images.

After several unsuccessful rounds of in vitro fertilization (IVF), Kardashian announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles in June 2023. Standing in the front row, she held up a sign that said, “Travis I’m Pregnant.” Barker immediately left his drum set, jumped off the stage and embraced Kardashian.

Barker talked aboutpotential namesin a GOAT Talk interview withComplexin July 2023.

“I like Rocky Thirteen,” he said, later adding, “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time.” The drummer also noted that Rocky is “the greatest boxing movie of all time.”

On a June 2024 episode ofThe Kardashians, she explained that Barker brought his practice drum kit to the hospital since it would be “special to bedrumming to his son’s heartbeat” while she was in labor.

“The drumming sound is super relaxing and calming to me. Like, I heard it my whole pregnancy, I would fall asleep to it,” she said.
