Armie Hammer Admits to 'Absolutely' Being a 'Dick' to Women: 'I Used People to Make Me Feel Better'

“People were sort of like my bags of dope with skin on them,” said Hammer. " ‘You make me feel amazing, so I’m gonna throw everything into this, and we’re gonna have this whirlwind romance, and I’m gonna whisk you up, and we’re gonna go on trips, and we’re gonna do all this, and then I’m gonna bring you home and go, ‘Thanks so much, that was great,’ and then I’m gonna move on.’ "

On the podcast Tuesday, Hammer admitted that while he “absolutely” exhibited “a—— behavior,” it was important to note that he didn’t break any laws with it.

“Swooping someone up — love bombing them, being the term that we use now — and then dropping them off and moving on, you know … is it a—— behavior? Absolutely; there’s no way around that,” he said. “Does it make me a dick? Absolutely. Like, I have no problem admitting that: I was a dick.”

“But that’s not illegal,” continued theSocial Networkstar.

Hammer previously announced on Instagram in October 2024 that he would return to acting in an upcoming Western titledFrontier Crucible; that title andThe Dark Knightwill make for his first film appearances since 2022’sDeath on the Nile.

In November 2024, Hammer opened up about his experience returning to a movie set and spending time away from his children — daughterHarper, 10, and sonFord, 8, whom he shares with ex-wife Chambers, 42 — while working again on his own podcast,Armie HammerTime.

“I’m not used tobeing away from them; I don’t think they’re used to me being away,” he said. “So it feels really nice to be going home to see my kids after an amazing week and I’m incredibly grateful.”
