Mike “Boogie” Malin has been arrested again.

Just over a month ago, Malin had another run-in with the law.PEOPLE previously reportedthat he was arrested on Jan. 29 in the San Fernando Valley for allegedly shoplifting from multiple CVS stores.

Officials waited for the reality star to return to his vehicle, and when he did, they detained him.

During their investigation, police said that an eyewitness positively identified Malin as the individual who stole two bottles of alcohol and some energy drinks from the second CVS. A CVS employee from the first location later signed a citizen’s arrest form.

Malin was taken to jail on misdemeanor theft charges and was later released with a citation for a court appearance in February. It is unknown whether he made that appearance.
