Brynley Arnold Reveals She Got a Breast Augmentation and Lift 1 Month After Sister Lindsay Arnold: 'Already Love Them'

Brynley Arnoldis opening up about her recent medical procedure.

The social media influencer revealed in aTikTokvideo on Feb. 17 that she underwent breast augmentation surgery, approximately one month after her older sisterLindsay Arnoldhad the same procedure.

Arnold explained why she wanted to get them done, what the procedure was like and how she’s feeling five days post-op. She broke it all down in a TikTok “Get Ready With Me” video featuring a full-face glam session.

“I feel like yesterday and the day before were definitely the most sore I’ve been. Today has been a lot better,” Arnold said at the start of the video, noting that her breasts felt “tight” due to the steri-strips and clips adding “pressure” post-op.

The internet personality then explained the exact procedure she underwent. “I got a breast augmentation and lift,” she said, sharing that she got 380cc and opted for the subfascial augmentation which anchors the implant above the muscle.

“I already love them!” she said of her breasts a few days post op.

Arnold recalled being under for about two hours during the procedure. “I remember falling asleep getting some medicine and then the next thing I know I wake up and Donny [McGinnis] is there,” she said of her husband, who she wed in October 2020.

“I’ve never experienced that before so that was weird,” she added of being under. “Coming out of anesthesia I really had no problem. I was definitely sleepy and tired and all the things, but I wasn’t nauseous, which is what I was scared of… which made going home easier all around.”

As far as pain, Arnold said she “didn’t feel pain at all” the day of the surgery and just felt “uncomfortable” later that night because she slept propped up and had all the bandages on her following the surgery.

“I probably didn’t feel pain until that later morning and I was really good at keeping up with my Tylenol and my anti-inflammatory, so it hasn’t gotten too bad which I’m so thankful for,” she said.

While the surgery went well with little pain felt, Arnold pointed out one thing that’s been the most challenging in the days post-operation. “I think the hardest part about the recovery is that I can not lift,” she said.

“They say for the first week absolutely no lifting, so we’ll kind of see what next week brings and I’ll talk to my surgeon… That’s been the hardest,” said Arnold, who noted she is thankful she has her mother-in-law staying with her, and her husband has been “super helpful” as well.

Later in the video, Arnold explained why she wanted to get the breast surgery done in the first place.

“I was postpartum with Rez and I had always known that I was going to get a boob job. I was just not blessed with cherries,” she explained. “And after I was pregnant with Quincy and breastfed her, I was like, ‘I really want to do it.’ "

However, Arnold said that she wanted to wait until she was done having kids before going through the process. “After I had Rez, I was like, ‘I want to do it now,’ " she recalled saying after her second child was born.

Arnold, meanwhile, made it clear that they’re “definitely not done having kids.” She added, “I spoke to my surgeon about it and obviously breastfeeding is my goal for my future children. I’m still planning on having kids and I’m still planning on breastfeeding them in the future.”

Arnold’s breast lift and augmentation comes approximately one month after her sister underwent the procedure in January, revealing onTikTokthat it was her “Christmas present” in December 2024.

Acknowledging herDancing With the Starssister’s decision to get the surgery prior, Arnold assumed what her followers were thinking.

“A lot of you are just like ‘Why are both of you doing it? Are all the sisters getting it done?’ " she said. “And honestly, I would highly recommend getting plastic surgery with your sister. It’s been so nice! I feel like having her experience to kind of see and relate with her, it’s been so fun.”

Arnold concluded, “And we’re both going to be so happy once we’re both fully healed.”
