Christina Haack's Solo Show Is Back, but Will Josh Hall Make an Appearance amid Their Messy Divorce?

On Thursday, Feb. 27, the second half of season 5 kicked off and fans watched Christina, 41, get back to business, tackling a renovation project for a family whose home was in desperate need of a makeover.

However, unlike in the latest season of her Tennessee-based spinoff,Christina in the Country, whereshe and her third husband Josh Hall appeared happily together, despite the showairing after their split, there was no sign of theher ex, 44, in the premiere ofChristina on the Coast.

In one scene, Christina’s 9-year-old son Brayden seemingly pokes fun at a lifestyle change his mom has made amid her breakup as she brings him along to go shopping for wallpaper.

As they’re scoping out different prints, Brayden points to one with martini glasses all over it and tells his mom, “I feel like this one, you would like.”

Christina bursts out laughing and asks, “I would like this? Why?” Her son responds, “Because… it’s your new life.”

Still giggling, she says, “My new life is a martini with blue cheese olives? You’re not wrong.”

Along with Brayden, Christina shares daughter Taylor, 14, with her first ex-husband andFlip Offcostar,Tarek El Moussa, 43. She also has another son, Hudson, 5, from her second marriage toAnt Anstead, 45.

While it’s possible he might not be featured onChristina on the Coastat all moving forward, the Tennessee-based real estate professional did make several cameos onThe Flip Off,which aired 6 months after their split.

In the premiere of theFlip Off,viewers got to see several unpleasant interactions between the pair shortly before the end of their marriage.

One scene featured thetwo having a tense conversation, with Josh eventually telling his then-wife to “shut up” and that she was “pissing me off.” Later in the episode, shebroke down while telling Tarek she and Josh had “officially split up,” and revealed that their kids even told her to leave him because he’s “not nice” to her.

Throughout the season, Christina offers multiple divorce updates and reveals the situation is getting messier.

Christina admitted in the same scene that shewished she had gotten a prenupbefore they got married and said she wouldn’t have married Josh at all if she knew what a nightmare the divorce would be.
