Swap out the chocolate chips for any baking chip you have — or a combo! Add egg and vanilla; stir until mixture is combined and fluffy, about 1 minute.3.Place flour, milk powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl with butter mixture. Stir together only the flour mixture using spatula, then stir into butter mixture. Mix until all ingredients are just combined. Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.4.Carefully remove skillet from oven, and spread dough evenly into skillet, spreading to the edges. Bake in oven until cookie is golden brown on top and set around the edges, 25 to 30 minutes, tenting loosely with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning, if needed.
