Clint Eastwood's Daughter Francesca Won't Be Charged with Domestic Violence: Prosecutors

The Los Angeles County District Attorney declined to file charges againstFrancesca Eastwood, the daughter ofClint Eastwoodand actressFrances Fisher.

Francesca was arrested in October on suspicion of felony domestic violence.

“The case was declined due to insufficient evidence,” a Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office spokesperson tells PEOPLE. The case was dropped on Oct. 18, per the district attorney’s office.

The Beverly Hills Police Department toldFox Newsthat officers responded to a call around 10:42 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, about “a possible domestic violence incident.”

According to Fox News, citing police, Francesca was arrested for “assault-domestic violence/inflicting corporal injury (spouse or cohabitant abuse).”

She posted $50,000 bail and was released from jail, per Fox News.
