'Distracted' Bride Goes Viral After Wedding Guest Refuses to Take Screaming Baby Out of 'Child-Free' Ceremony

The bride, Claire Kendall Taetz, shared a video of the incident on TikTok which has since accumulated over three million views.

“Mind you, this went on for 10 minutes and said guest refused people offering to take [the] child out for him,” Taetz captioned the post. “Mother of bride whipped around and motioned to ‘take her out.’ "

“I was confused but also trying to stay present because it was an important moment so I tried to focus on my soon-to-be husband and on the officiate. My husband was concerned as well and in the video you can see he was trying to lock in, despite the child fussing loudly,” she said, noting that she was “on edge the whole time.”

The bride said she did not intervene but her mom attempted to.
