Doja Cat’s debut at the2025 Oscarsis finally here!

The rapper, 29, has laid low at this year’s string of awards shows, however she made up for it in an ultra-daring look for her appearance at the Academy Awards.

During the preshow, she said she feels “great” in her down and gushed about how “excited” she was for her performance. She wore a matching scarf around her neck with a large necklace and sparkly earrings.

Doja Cat is attending as one of this year’s performers. She will take the stage with RAYE and Lisa of BLACKPINK. The three artists collaborated on theWhite Lotusstar’s single “Born Again,” which was released on Feb. 6. Also on the lineup areAriana GrandeandCynthia Erivo, as well asQueen Latifah.

Before hitting fashion’s famous steps, Doja Cat arrived at the famous Mark Hotel wearing nothing but nude-colored undergarments and a plastic bag. She had her close-cropped hair bleached blonde and wore nude heels as well.

However, Doja Cat has been feeding fans with performances at several music festivals in the past year. Her biggest moment came when she headlined Coachella last April, taking the stage in costumes so outrageous that she seemed to even outdo herself.

As a follow-up to her debut at the festival in 2022, Doja Cat leveled up her wardrobe withsix wild outfit changesthat ranged from a quite literal hair two-piece to a cheeky furry thong. Her looks matched up with her epic performance, which included a setlist with classics like “Tia Tamera” and radio chart-toppers like “Paint the Town Red."

In recent months, Doja Cat has also been spending her time withStranger Thingsstar Joseph Quinn. The twosparked dating rumorsin August 2024 after they were spotted holding hands on a weekend stroll through London (although they’ve been publicly linked in headlines when she slid into Quinn’scostarNoah Schnapp’s DMs to ask the teen toact as a matchmaker.)

It appeared as though the discreet duo took their relationship to the next level after fans believed the rapper to be engaged when she was seen performing at the Sept. 21 iHeartRadio Music Festival with a ring onthatfinger.
