Emma Heming Willisis sharing her love for husbandBruce WillisthisValentine’s Day.
“You + laughter = my favorite love story ❤️,” Emma wrote in a caption to the post. On her Instagram Stories, Emma also shared an undated black-and-white photo of Bruce planting a kiss on her cheek, which she captioned “Us” and set to the Notorious B.I.G.’s song “Sky’s the Limit.”
Emma’s Valentine’s Day post to Bruce, whom she has been married to since 2009, is the first time she has posted a photo to her main grid on Instagram since Jan. 16, when she shared a photo ofBruce shaking hands with a Los Angeles police officeras the city dealt with devastating wildfires.
That video appeared to be the first time Bruce was seen spending time in public since 2022, when his family announced that theDie Hardstar was diagnosed with the language disorderaphasiaand was stepping away from acting. In 2023, the Willis family shared that Bruce had received a more specific diagnosis offrontotemporal dementia (FTD), a progressive condition which causes thefrontal and temporal lobes of the brainto atrophy.
“Spotting a first responder, Bruce never missed a chance to show his gratitude with a heartfelt handshake and a ‘thank you for your service.’ Yesterday was no different ❤️🤍💙,” Emma wrote in a caption to her Jan. 16 post.

Emma often shares snapshots from her life with Bruce to Instagram when they celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. On Valentine’s Day in 2024, Emma shared a sweet photo of herself and Bruce snuggling up to each other at Niagara Falls; she noted in a comment at that time that the photo was snapped in March 2010, one year after she and Brucetied the knot in Turks in Caicos.
“Love is a beautiful thing ❤️ Wishing you all a Happy Valentine’s Day 🫶🏽,” she wrote at that time.
