Former Sean 'Diddy' Combs Employee Alleges He Arranged 'Wild King Nights' — and Had to Clean Up Evidence: Lawsuit

A former employee ofSean “Diddy” Combsalleges he set up sex parties for the Bad Boy Records founder and was responsible for the cleanup afterwards, according to a new complaint.

Phillip Pines, who alleges he worked for Combs between 2019 and 2021, says the parties were called “Wild King Nights.”

Pines is suing the rapper for sexual battery, sex trafficking and intentional infliction of emotional distress among other claims.

Pines claimed he was “expected to be on call” for the “Wild King Nights,” which could last for days.

Pines claims that after the parties, he was tasked with removing drug evidence, condoms, sex toys, and bodily stains and urine from the sheets and furniture.

He was also allegedly instructed to delete any incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices including laptops and phones; make sure no one spoke afterwards about the events; and provide large tips to the cleaning crews at the hotels “to avoid housecleaning from reporting anything that would be later billed,” according to the complaint.

Pines claims he was Combs “personal lackey” and he treated him “like an animal playing fetch in order to prove his loyalty,” per the lawsuit.

Pines also claims that Combs pushed him to have sex with a female guest.

He also alleges that Combs had COVID-19 during his 51st birthday party but kept it quiet.

“One of those celebrities became infected with COVID and called to inform them that he got COVID and wanted to ensure no one at the party had COVID,” the complaint alleges. “[Pines] was instructed to keep quiet.”

In a statement to PEOPLE when contacted about Pines' suit, Combs' legal team said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

The Bad Boy Records founder has now been named a defendant in scores of complaints, a flood of which began when his ex,Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, accused him of abuse in Nov. 2023. The suit was settled a day after being filed.

The spate of civil accusations comes as Combs isfacing criminal chargesin federal court. He is currently behind bars following a September indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His criminal trial is currently scheduled for May 2025.
