The 2024Kennedy Center Honorsmarked a big family reunion forFrancis Ford Coppola.
The award-winning director, 85, was amongthis year’s honoreesrecognized for their lifetime artistic achievements.

The Kennedy Center Honor is the latest of several accolades forThe Godfatherwriter-director, including five Oscars and an Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, two Emmy nominations, three Golden Globes and two Palme d’Or prizes from the Cannes Film Festival.
