TheSelling Sunsetalum, 37, shared anInstagram postof herself celebrating the holiday with her husbandTarek El Moussa, 43, their son Tristan, 21 months, her stepson Brayden, 8, and other family members.

Tarek’s daughter and Heather’s stepdaughter Taylor, 14, was absent from the family photos, and Heather was quick to explain why in the caption of the carousel.

“For the haters - Tay is on a trip with her mom, that’s why she’s not in our photo,” Heather wrote at the end of the post’s caption.

Tarek shares Taylor and Brayden with his ex-wife,Christina Haack.

Heather also gushed over her family in the post, writing, “We are thankful for our kids, Taylor, Brayden & Tristan. They bring so much innocence, love and laughter to our lives. And our big blended crazy but beautiful 🤪 family.”

Meanwhile, Haack, 41, posted a clip on her Instagram Stories of her and her daughter eating caviar on Thanksgiving.

“Best day with my fancy girl,” she captioned the post.

“Well…not the whole family…might wanna edit mama,” one person wrote at the time. Another asked, “Where’s Taylor?”

“Beautiful, only the girl was missing,” one person said. “She’s probably at the age asking not to be posted. They all go through that lol,” a fan wrote back, defending Heather.

Responding to a fan who asked, “Why isn’t your step daughter in your birthday photos?” Heather replied in a video, perBuzzFeed, “My stepdaughter Taylor, she’s almost 14. She’s actually turning 14 this weekend. She does not like to be in any photos, any videos right now, so that’s why you guys don’t see her often and on anything. But she is there, she just doesn’t want to be in the pictures.”

Heather and Tarek married in 2021 and welcomed Tristan in 2022.

“That wasn’t awkward at all,” Tarek captioned the post, which showed him standing with Haack on his left and wife Heather on his right.
