The 3,000 square foot house is a “harmonious blend of classic Southern luxury and modern sophistication,” the network shared in a press release, and is perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

The space has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, in it’s largely open-concept floor plan, which “seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.” A rich coastal color palette flows throughout the house, from pastel teal hues to deep corals.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms are upstairs with an additional loft space.

A few bonus features nod to the lifestyle of the location: the property has a golf simulator, private golf cart, pet washing station, pool, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and pergola.
