Meanwhile, Jimmy and Sofi have a proper introduction with the former noting that it was “nice to meet you.”
“Feel free to take a look,” says Sofi, though Jimmy admits he knows “nothing about cars” as he makes up faux car terminology to sound knowledgeable.
Fortunately (or, unfortunately, depending on how you look at it), Derek steps in to provide his so-called expertise, noting that Sofi’s vehicle is “not exactly mint.” Derek then asks Sophie how much she wants for the car and when she reveals her asking price is $5,000, Derek instantly says: “Sold!”

“Oh! I was just expecting some more back and forth,” says Sofi as Jimmy replies, “I was too.”
As Sofi steps away to retrieve the necessary paperwork, Jimmy questions Derek on why they didn’t negotiate more — and Derek has his reasons.
To that, Jimmy says, “So, when you said you were good at negotiating…”
“Morally good,” Derek adds.
