Jennie Garth Shares Her Favorite Products from Powerhouse Serums to a Portable Diffuser (Exclusive)

Whether she’s on screen or on the red carpet,Jennie Garth’s natural radiance always shines through.

“I have been taught it was something that was very important, and I have never stopped practicing a routine,” she tells PEOPLE.

Fast forward to 2023 and Garth had a full-circle moment when she became its brand ambassador.

“It’s such a trusted name in skincare and it’s so scientifically backed and researched,” Garth explains. “I felt like it was a great fit for me, especially just with its targeting of skin that’s maturing and [focusing on] what women my age are interested in learning about their skin.”

For Garth, one of those focuses is on elasticity. “All the parts on my body, not just my face, are feeling the toll of gravity,” she says, adding, “I don’t like the word ‘anti-aging’ — there is no such thing. We’re all aging and it’s a beautiful thing, but I love doing whatever I can to fight the clock. And so it just comes down to targeting those specific age-related skin issues.”

While the star has long honed her regimen, it took until her mid-40s to do more than just go through the motions.

“[Then] I started to really understand the value of taking better care of myself and worked diligently to find me time in my schedule, and even if that just meant going in my bathroom and going through my skin care at a leisurely pace, not rushed.”

“It’s also the time when I just started really realizing that I needed to take care of my complete body, my overall general health, whether it’s physical or mental, emotional. So I really took a lot of time to sort of dive into all those areas,” because, she shares, “You’ve got to keep putting your best foot forward.”
