Jodie Turner-Smith Shares Rare Photos of Mother-Daughter Time with 4-Year-Old Juno: 'Life Round Here'

On Friday, Jan. 31, the actress, 38, shared a carousel of photos on herInstagramfeaturing her 4-year-old daughter Juno, whom she shares with her ex-husband,Joshua Jackson. In the photos and videos, the toddler can be seen swimming in a pool, showing off a red dress, and wearing matching bathrobes with Mom.

The mother-daughter duo is also seen playing pool, walking down a hallway and getting slimed together. “Life round here . (🥹),” Turner-Smith sweetly captioned the post.

This past October, Turner-Smithopened up about co-parenting with Jackson, 46, in an interview, saying that when it comes to co-parenting their daughter, things can get “complicated.”

“It’s an adjustment period for anyone when they split up with someone because you’re used to being with your child all the time,” she shared in herGLAMOURWoman of the Year cover story. “But nobody hands you a manual. Everyone’s trying to figure it out.”

While appearing on an episode ofToday with Hoda & Jennain June, the actress shared that she is definitely thriving as a single mother.

Asked what becoming a mom has done for her, Turner-Smith was quick to share thatmotherhood is one of her “favorite things.”

“Honestly, it’s my favorite thing about myself is that I’m that girl’s mother. I’m just so grateful that she chose me to be her mom; that I got to have that gift in life,” Turner-Smith said. “It is my favorite thing. I mean, I just, it is an honor.”

“I feel like it was our birthright to mother — whether we bring our children or not, I think it’s is a woman’s birthright. We hold space for those around us. It has shifted everything about me. It has only enriched me. It has shown me, No. 1, how powerful I am. Like, whoa! It’s like, Supreme Being — wow!”
