These new posts are the most recent instance of West’s history of online hate speech. In October 2022, West shared antisemitic posts online, including that he was going to go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE,” perThe Hollywood Reporter.

His hateful posts ultimatelylost him brand deals with Adidas, Balenciaga and Gap.In a statement online, Adidas said their company “does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech.”

“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. Adidas will stop the adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.”

A former Adidas employee alsoclaimed West praised Hitler or Nazisin business meetings. West denied the claims but ultimately paid an undisclosed settlement to the employee in November 2022.
