Kylie Kelce Says Husband Jason Joked She Should ‘Try Harder’ After She Used ‘Bad’ Pick-Up Lines on Tinder

On Sunday, Jan. 12, Kylie, 32, joined Allison Kuch on theSunday Sports Club Podcast,to speak about how she and her husbandJason Kelce, 37, met.

“I met Jason on Tinder while I was still in college, which was hilarious,” she said. ”The year we met was the year before I was an RA, I think. And he would come to campus, And, like, he stayed over in my dorm more than once. Sorry, mom.”

When asked if it was “love at first swipe,” Kylie said, “When we first matched, I did not know who he was. He didn’t have any pictures that indicated that he was with the Eagles or that he was a football player.”

Kylie went on to explain that she’s always preferred taller guys because she’s tall.

“So I saw his pictures, and I was like, he’s cute, and he looks like he could, like, pick me up,” she continued. “So we matched, and at the time, my friends and I would sit in our college apartment on campus. It would be, like, 6 of us, and we would all be swiping at the same time."

She confessed she and her friends weren’t serious about meeting someone and treated the app like a game.

Speaking about the moment she connected with Jason, Kylie added, “We matched. I sent him a pickup line. I said, ‘I’ve fallen, I need life alert. I’ve fallen for you, and I can’t get up.’”

“I said that. And he messaged back and was like, ‘No. Like, You gotta try harder,’” she recalled before adding, “And so I said, this is so bad. I really I mean, I limit how many people I tell this to, so this is this is privileged information."

She continued, “I then messaged, ‘If I told you I work for UPS, would you let me handle your package?'”

“And he was like, ‘Much better. I like that one a lot.’ It’s so bad,” Kylie revealed. ”And here we are, almost 4 kids later.”

Kylie added, “The best part was that his profile bio on Tinder was that he wanted to cuddle and have intimate conversations about having babies, and it was sarcastic but ended up being very ironic.”
