The actor, 72, reprised his role as Bryan Mills, the non-nonsense retired Green Beret and CIA officer he played in the popularTakenfranchise, for a tongue-in-cheek video promoting a house for sale in Mulgrave, Melbourne.

In the video, Xu speaks to Neeson on the phone, urging him to hurry up and take a look at the property in Australia. “Listen Ming, I’m shooting a movie at the moment. Do a video and send it to me,” Neeson says, as Xu responds, “Sure, you better be quick otherwise this home will betaken.”

“Oh very original" theAbsolutionstarquips back. " Just get me the house video, Ming."

The clip then cuts to showcase the property’s many rooms, including the open plan kitchen and outdoor entertaining area featuring a swimming pool.

At the end of the video, Xu lounges in the pool with a glass of wine before an assistant hands him the phone telling him that Neeson had arrived.
