Sean “Diddy” Combsis accused of sexually assaulting an aspiring male music artist at an after-party in Los Angeles in a new lawsuit.

“It became clear to him that something was wrong. He realized he had been drugged and soon lost total consciousness,” the complaint alleges.

After slipping out of consciousness, the plaintiff says he awoke to a “jolt” as Combs allegedly began groping him.

“Doe believes that Combs had been performing oral sex on him because his penis was noticeably wet,” the complaint alleges.

After trying to fight off Combs, the accuser claims the Bad Boy Records founder threatened to ruin his career.

The plaintiff then claims that Combs wanted to watch him have sex with an unknown woman. The accuser says he was able to escape the venue after asking Combs' security if he could go to the bathroom.

In a statement to PEOPLE, attorneys for Combs said, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
