Mayci Neeleyis going to be a mom of three!

Neeley has publicly shared her experiences with in-vitro fertilization (IVF) to get pregnant across social media in hopes of helping others walking the same path.

“It’s been really exciting. I think when you do IVF, it’s not a fun process. Usually you tell your friends and family that you’re doing it, so there are no secrets or surprises. We decided this time not to share it with anyone, not even our family,” she tells PEOPLE.

“It’s been really fun being able to surprise people and have more of a normal experience as far as sharing the news. It’s been really fun for us to keep it a secret a bit longer.”

The couple was thrilled to share the news with family over the holidays. That began with their Harlow and Hudson.

“We were in California for Christmas break. I knew that if we told them, they were going to spill the beans to my family, so I had to kind of do a two-in-one. So we told them, I want to say an hour before we told our whole family,” she reveals.

The soon-to-be mom of three admits she wasn’t sure if that last piece would put it all together. “He’s never seen one before, so I didn’t know if he was going to understand it. I knew my daughter wouldn’t because she’s so young. But he’s very smart, so he’s ready it and reading the box and then he got it right away.”

“We’ll find out for sure because I know the kids will want to know. We can technically find out whenever we want since we did IVF and there’s the genetic testing. But we haven’t been in a hurry,” she says. “We aren’t super anxious to find out, but we probably will in the next month or two. My guess would be a girl, but my husband thinks a boy.”

The two siblings are already eager to help out with the newest member of the family.

“I was telling my husband last night that overall, I’m pretty lucky because I don’t get morning sick. I’m grateful for that. Maybe it’s because I’m busy just trying to run a business and be a mom and film, but this one’s taken a toll on me as far as fatigue and nausea.”

“It’s pretty hard to balance everything, and I’m not someone who is great at balance. I’ll be honest, I wish I was more type A. I will say that my husband has always been so helpful with those things, especially with the kids when I’m not feeling up to it or just need to chill,” Mayci says.

“He’s obviously so supportive of me. It’s also, in part, the way I was raised. We were taught to always grind, no excuses. I feel like that’s always my mindset.”

Being pregnant herself has given Mayci the “really awesome” opportunity to take her own products throughout her pregnancy. It’s also put her in a creative place to grow the brand.

“It’s been really awesome. Taking your own products and getting pregnant. I have so many cool ideas and future plans. You learn from your own experiences and the experiences our customers share about what they want and need. I’m excited to expand,” she says.

“Our products are great and they taste really good. Every night, I take my prenatals and get ready for my little mini treat. I love that gummies don’t hurt your stomach and there’s a little treat at the end of the night.”

With the upcoming season ofThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wivesdebuting in May, Mayci is excited for fans to see her “in a peaceful era.”

“When you do IVF, you have to be really stress-free, which is not always easy filming a show. So, I think for me, I’m excited to see people get to know us and our stories more. I think season 2, I don’t know for sure because I’m excited for that for them to get to know us on that deeper level.”

“This summer, we’ll have our backyard ready after getting it done this winter. I’m excited to just hang out with the kids in the backyard and relax, enjoy summer life,” she shares.

“My biggest hope is always just that we are healthy and happy. That’s the only thing I can really ask for. We always just want to be able to do stuff together as a family, having more freedom to go on vacations, to spend time together. That’s always my biggest goal, career-wise is financial freedom so that I can spend more time with my family at the end of the day. I’m always excited for experiencing new things together.”
