The singer, 31, celebrated her sixth year of marriage toDaryl Sabara, 32, on Sunday, Dec. 22. She reflected on their sweet life together in a heartwarmingInstagram postshared a day later.

“8 years of love, 6 years of magic, 4 years of making perfect, beautiful babies,” Trainor wrote in the caption.

“This life we’ve built together is truly unbelievable. And we’ve only just begun,” she continued.

In several images from the post, the family posed for an adorable professional photo shoot with a red backdrop. In one image, Trainor and Sabara were all smiles while embracing their sonsRiley, 3, and Barry, 17 months. Having tied the knot on Trainor’s birthday in 2018, the second image included a “happy birthday” frame over a video of the couple kissing.

In a touching moment, Trainor captured a video of her husband bursting into tears while reading aRolling Stonearticle about her career.

“You just worked so hard for this,” Sabara told his wife through tears.

“I love you,” Trainor replied.

He previously described meeting the singer in 2016 as“love at first sight”while speaking on an episode of Apple Music Hits’Dirty Radio with Meghan Trainor.

“When you walked in the room, I was like, ‘Damn, she’s a dime,’ " Sabara told Trainor in 2020.

“It all happened when you first walked in the room on that double date and it was this ease just came over me, like there she is. I never knew that I would get married and then when I saw you, it just flashed before my eyes.”
