Million Dollar Listing Los AngelesstarTracy Tutoris bidding her agency farewell.The reality star and luxury real estate agent, 49, has left Douglas Elliman for another high-profile rival brokerage, Compass, according to a spokesperson for the latter agency. Along with Tutor, her 18-person team will also be joining the brokerage across its locations in Beverly Hills, Dallas and Austin.“My brand has always been rooted in innovation and growth, and joining Compass aligns with my vision for the future of my business,” Tutor said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.“This partnership will not only enhance my ability to serve clients in California and Texas but also enable me to expand my reach into new markets, elevate my team’s capabilities, and continue setting the standard in the luxury real estate industry,” the star added.Tracy Tutor.Nick FrandjianThe veteran realtor’s decision to exit Elliman comes asMDLLAappears to be on pause. It was a very tough decision and it’s bittersweet for us.““Since season 15 aired, and now that we’re on a pause, Heather and I have had some real quality time with the kids,” he added. “We’re just at that point in our lives where our family comes first and our kids are growing up so fast. We just have to cherish every moment and take it in.“He also noted that his departure from the long-running series has “nothing to do with relationships on the show,” seemingly referencing the onscreen tensions between himself and Flagg seen in the latest season.
