The pedestal-style design is the kitchen table of my dreams. I was hunting for a piece that looks exactly like the Wayfair version I ultimately landed on, but I had no idea the extra storage compartment was even a possibility. The round shape of the table makes it ideal for smaller spaces, however, it’s still roomy enough to comfortably fit four guests. In fact, I could probably squeeze in an extra chair or two to seat up to six people if needed.

It’s crafted with a high-quality MDF and wood veneer material that feels sturdy and authentic and is sealed with a water-resistant coating. It hasn’t stained from any spills nor has it scratched or scuffed. The handy storage compartment is hidden away in the base of the table and has an easy-to-open sliding door that reveals a spacious interior cabinet and shelf. I’ve filled it with extra plates and glasses with room to spare.

The design feels classic yet modern and fits so eloquently in my space. Beyond just being a functional choice, it completely upgraded my apartment’s living and dining area. It looks so much more sophisticated while serving multiple purposes.
