AmidBlake LivelyandJustin Baldoni’s ongoing legal battle over their movieIt Ends with Us, a newly released video offers a glimpse of their alleged behind-the-scenes conflict.

Lively, in a Dec. 20 complaint, sued Baldoni and some of his associates, allegingsexual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaignagainst her. In the filing, she claimed her director-costar exhibited “disturbing" and “unprofessional” behavior on the set of the hitColleen Hooveradaptation, causing a “hostile work environment” and “grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety.”

PEOPLE is out to Lively’s rep and lawyers for comment.

Among theGossip Girlalum’s accusations was that during the filming of “a slow dance scene for a montage in which no sound was recorded,” per the document, Baldoni “leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, ‘it smells so good’… When Ms. Lively later objected to this behavior, Mr. Baldoni’s response was, ‘I’m not even attracted to you.’”

Baldoni filed a $400 millionlawsuiton Jan. 16 against the actress-producer, her husbandRyan Reynoldsand their publicist, claiming defamation, extortion and more. TheJane the Virginalum alsosuedThe New York Timesfor libel, false light invasion of privacy and more on Dec. 31 overan articleabout her complaints against him.

In that article, Lively provided a statement: “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”

The newly released video of footage from theIt Ends with Usset appears to include evidence that Livelyaddressed Baldoni’s nose— a detail the director-star included in his countersuit. Of the scene in question, Baldoni’s filing says, “Lively took them out of character again and began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery. Lively incorrectly alleges that this scene was filmed without sound. Baldoni was wearing a microphone, and the entire exchange is captured on camera.”

In the video, Lively offers opinions on how the scene should look as it’s being filmed. At the end of one take, she chuckles awkwardly about dancing so closely to Baldoni, saying, “It’s like, just noses.”

“I know, and my nose is so big,” Baldoni responds as they both laugh. “Yes, I was hoping that we could address this,” quips Lively. “It’s not too late. Just gotta shut down. Gotta call an insurance month, and just deal with that. Just kidding.”

“No, it’s true,” says Baldoni. Of the actress playing Ryle’s sister Allysa, he added, “That’s why we hiredJenny Slate, too. Our noses match.”

In another take, Lively tells him, “I’m probably getting spray tan on you.” Laughing, he says, “It smells good.”

In a statement responding to Baldoni’s “meritless” and “desperate” lawsuit, Lively’s lawyerscalled it"another chapter in the abuser playbook." Upon filing, Baldoni’s lawyer said in a statement that she “and her team attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons through their own dangerous manipulation of the media before even taking any actual legal action.”
