Olivia Wilde Receives the 'Invite of the Year' to Her Own Birthday Party from Kids Daisy and Otis: 'Can't Wait to Celebrate'

Olivia Wildehas received the invite of a lifetime — and it’s to a party in her own backyard.

On Wednesday, March 12, the actress, 41, shared a photo onher Instagram Storiesof an invite she received from her two kids, daughter Daisy, 8, and son Otis, 10, whom she shares with exJason Sudeikis. In the photo, Wilde can be seen holding two yellow sticky notes.

One note read, “Celebration (mom) Where: Home Time: 6:00 pm.” while the other read, “happy birthday mommy. can’t wait to celebrate you! - daisy + otis.":

“THE invite of the year,” Wilde wrote across the snap.

Last July, Wilde shared a rare photo onher Instagramof her daughter Daisy. In the adorable photo, Daisy could beseen looking down as she played outsideamidst the palm trees, wearing her hair long and behind her ears as her mom snapped the picture.

“🧚,” Wilde simply captioned the snap.

“I have a crush on nobody,” the note read. “I don’t need a boy.”

The mom of two captioned the photo, writing, “That’s my girl 👊.”

Last year,Wilde opened up to PEOPLEabout how she chooses to spend her time with her little ones. “We have so much fun. They’re so active. They’re musicians and they’re athletes and they’re just cool,” she said. “They both play drums and they sing and we just have a great time. We’re a big karaoke family.”

And revealing her song choices, the star said, “My go-to changes. It changes a lot. Right now we have a lot of Taylor Swift happening in our house.”

“It’s wall-to-wall Taylor and Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish,” Wilde told PEOPLE. “And now Daisy has brought in Dua Lipa, but we’re like Taylor first.”
