Pauline Chalamet Opens Up About Becoming a Mom for the First Time — and the Advice She Got from Mindy Kaling

Pauline Chalametis opening up about the great advice she received after she became a mom for the first time.

On Friday, Dec. 6,The Sex Lives of College Girlsstar, 32, appears onThe Drew Barrymore Showwith her castmates, as well as the show’s creatorMindy Kaling, and chats about recently becoming a mom.

During the conversation, hostDrew Barrymoreasks if Chalamet was able to get any advice from Kaling, who is a mom to three kids: daughterKatherine “Kit” Swati, who turns 7 this month, sonSpencer Avu, 4, and daughterAnne, 9 months.

“I did, I think Mindy was one of the first people to know I was pregnant,” she shares. “I called her. I was like, ‘Ok, we’re about to start, and, surprise!’ And she was like, I mean, you were just so supportive and had the best advice because also she’s just…Mindy does it all.”
