Porsha Williams on How Her ‘Mini-Me’ Daughter Takes After Her Glam Fashion Sense: ‘She Loves Sparkle’ (Exclusive)

Porsha Williamsis passing down her genes and glam sense of style to her little one.
Fans of the Bravo star, who’sreturning to theReal Housewives of Atlantafor its upcoming 16th season after a two-season hiatus, know that she’s not only a pro at delivering memorable television moments, but is also always on top of her style.
Naturally, her daughter,Pilar, 5, is walking in her footsteps.
“She’s my mini-me. She loves fashion and dresses herself in the mornings,” Williams, 43, tells PEOPLE ahead of the American Heart Association (AHA) Red Dress Collection Concert on Jan. 30.

Elaborating on how much of a budding “fashionista” her child is, Williams says Pilar is particular about what clothes, shoes and accessories she wants to wear and how she wants to wear them. “She actually makes sure her bows match her shirt and her socks. She’s definitely a fashionista and she loves sparkle right now. She’s very into the sequin bomber jacket look.”
Williams was among the stars celebrating AHA’s annual fashion show and concert, hosted at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Since welcoming Pilar on March 22, 2019, with her ex Dennis McKinley, Williams has opened up about motherhood, her journey with co-parenting and her close relationship with her daughter.
In a 2023 interview with PEOPLE, the mom described her toddler as the “light of my life.”
“She is the reason why I do everything. And for me, whenever I go out there in the world, I try to represent for her and be the best mom out there,” she shared.

That same year, Williams revealed that Pilar was happily in her “pants” phase and was “against” any and all “princess dresses” (although that seems to have changed now). “She’s very strong-minded about her fashion sense and everything at this point.”
These days, the mother-daughter duo are enjoying winter activities in cozy, yet chic, outfits. On Instagram, Williams recently shared a photo of the two wearing coordinating furry white coats and pink shoes (towering pumps for Williams and cowboy boots for Pilar) while posing next to their own snowman and Christmas decor.
