Pregnant Brittany Mahomes Goes Into 'Superhuman Mode' with Third Trimester Workout

In one video, she poses for a mirror selfie in a purple matching bra and legging set from Vitality, showing off her bump and writing over the video: “Feeling very pregnant 😂.”

In another repost from her fitness trainer,Kirsty Rae, Mahomes can be seen working out. She does some lunges, squats and light weightlifting. In her caption over the video, Rae reflected on what working out can be like for pregnant women in the third trimester.

“Third trimester’s my fave stage of pregnancy when it comes to training,” Rae wrote. “There’s studies that show your body basically goes into superhuman mode to prepare for child birth.”

“So badass,” she adds.

Mahomes has previouslyshown off what her workouts look like during pregnancy. On Dec. 4, she could be seen in another one of Rae’s Instagram videos doing under-bar pull-ups and lat pull-downs, asKendrick Lamar’s “Squabble Up” plays in the background.

Rae shared her excitement about how strong Brittany’s technique was, as she included the caption, “Back injury whoooooo?!” as well as “strong mama,” and a fire emoji.

Earlier this month, Mahomes shared some sweet maternity photosto Instagram. In the black-and-white pictures, she could be seen posing from the side and cradling her belly as she wore a long black maxi skirt and matching long-sleeve black shirt. She placed her hands above and belly her stomach as her photo was taken.

“Always loving you🤍,” Mahomes simply captioned the post.
