Bündchen is also mom to daughterVivian Lake, 11, and son Benjamin Rein, 14, whom she shares with ex-husbandTom Brady.

Bündchen accessorized with sunglasses and flip-flops as she strolled alongside her boyfriend, who opted for a green T-shirt, camo shorts and sandals.

After news broke thatBündchen is expecting again,a source close to the model exclusively told PEOPLE that she is “excited to embrace this new chapter openly.”

Bündchen “received many positive messages and congratulations,” said the insider, adding that while the soon-to-be mother of three “wanted to keep it private for as long as she could, doing so was starting to be a challenge.”

The supermodel “feels good” and is continuing “pilates and other exercises that will help with birth too," the source added. She has “always taken amazing care of herself,” the insider said, noting the model “eats healthy and meditates as well.”
