RHOBH's Kyle Richards Reveals the Off-Camera Conversation She Had with Sutton Stracke Over Mauricio Cheating Rumors

Sutton Strackehad to answer for the foot she put in her mouth.

Shortly after Sutton, 53, implied thatKyle Richards' estranged husband,Mauricio Umanksy, hadbeen unfaithful in their marriage, Kyle revealed the curt off-camera conversation she had with the southern belle onThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show.

On the Jan. 14 episode ofThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle looked like a “deer in headlights” when Sutton pointed out, “But you also had infidelity. Let’s not forget that part.”

On theAfter Show, Kyle recalled of her conversation with Sutton: “Later she said to me, ‘I don’t know why I said that. I got so confused.’ Do I believe that was an actual accident? Absolutely not.”

“I really thought, ‘Wow. I thought that we were good friends and that we’d fix things, and now I’m not feeling like I really trust you at all,'” she continued, before referencing a moment in season 13 when Sutton asked if the ring on her finger was Mauricio’s apology diamond for stepping out.

TheHalloween Endsactress added that Sutton had apologized to Mauricio, whom she separated from in July 2023, and their daughter Alexia for her hurtful statements, and was surprised when she brought up infidelity rumors once again.

“I’m like, ‘We’re friends. Why are you doing that?” she said. “She put herself [first] in that moment and [I’m] like, ‘Okay, I won’t be sharing or trusting you.’ Like I thought that I could, and obviously a wall goes up for me.”

Kyle recalled how Sutton later issued an apology, saying, “‘I’m so sorry I said that. I don’t know. I thought that you’d said that.'”

PEOPLE confirmed in July 2023 that Kyle and Mauriciowere separating after 27 years of marriage. Over the course of their relationship, the couple have fielded cheating allegations which both Kyle and Mauricio have denied.

At last season’s reunion, Kyle admitted that years of rumors of her husband’s alleged infidelity began to “chip away” at her. “He would say to me, you know, we can’t care. We know the truth and you know,” she said of headlines. “Of course, there’s always that little voice in my head like, ‘What if this is true?’ People would say these things all the time.”

Mauricio has also not commented on the recent cheating allegations from Sutton and his rep did not return PEOPLE’s request for comment.
