RHOSLC's Jen Shah Wishes Husband Sharrieff Happy Birthday from Prison: 'Thank You for Sticking by My Side'

On Feb. 14, theReal Housewives of Salt Lake Citystar, 51, commemorated Valentine’s Day and her husband’s 54th birthday inan Instagram tribute post, despite still serving her sentence for her role in anationwide telemarketing scheme.

Alongside a photo of the two sharing an intimate moment on the show, the Bravolebrity addressed Sharrieff in the caption of her Instagram post.

“Happy Valentine’s Day and happiest birthday to my amazing husband,” she wrote. “Even from miles away, my love and gratitude for you are stronger than ever.”

The reality star’s tribute comes shortly after her sentence had been reduced for a fourth time, per the Federal Bureau of Prisons' inmate database. Jen will now be released fromBryan Federal Prison Camp(FPC) in Bryan, Texas on Oct 4, 2026.

Last month, PEOPLE confirmed that her sentence had beenreduced for a third time, with her then-release date slated as Nov. 3, 2026.

In July 2022, Shahentered a guilty pleaafter she and her assistant Stuart Smithwere arrestedin March 2021 for their roles ina long-running nationwide telemarketing scheme. They both originally pled not guilty after they were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

At the time, Shah’s rep told PEOPLE that she was “doing well and remains committed towards making her victims whole.”

“She has initiated her payments towards restitution,” the rep continued, “and we hope to have her home as soon as possible so that she may resume life with her family and work, putting this chapter of her life behind her.”
