Rod Stewart’s many talents include amateur doodler.
After both appearing onThe Late, Late Showtogether, Stewart, 79, offered to give McFly (made up of Jones, 38, Tom Fletcher, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd) a ride on his jet back to London.
The band would only be in town for one night since they were heading on tour to North and South America, Jones mentioned. Upon getting onboard, Stewart asked the band for their passports and held onto them until they landed.

He added, “And because I told him that story, he thought it’d be funny to draw penises on our heads on our passports!”
Upon arriving at immigration in the United States, the customs agent was not impressed. “You think this is funny?” Jones recalled getting asked.

“No, no, no! Rod Stewart literally drew a penis on our heads!” he explained at the time. Jones, Fletcher and Poynter’s passports had the crude doodles, while Judd’s was spared.

Stewart recentlyannounced that he would be performing at Glastonburyin June 2025, making him one of the oldest people to play there.
