WhileSabrinathe Teenage Witchended its seven-season run in 2003,Melissa Joan Hartand her costars say the show would still hold up today — with one exception.

During a conversation with PEOPLE at90s Conin Daytona Beach, Fla., in September, the 48-year-old actress said, “yes” when asked if the show could still air in 2024.

“Yes, I guess so. I think so,” she clarified, with a caveat about the show’s feline costar. “Salem, some of Salem’s lines might have to change. Like he might’ve been a little racy, might have been a little inappropriate.”

The series centered on Hart as Sabrina Spellman, a teenager who discovers on her 16th birthday that she is a witch hailing from a long line of witches — including her two aunts, with whom she lives, alongside Salem, a warlock doing penance as a house cat.

“There were things that went over kids' heads that were for the adults,” added Hart. “But that was mainly Salem’s lines.”

Hart still keeps in touch with her cast members fromSabrinaand, in October, took to Instagram to share a photo of herself alongsideCaroline Rheaand Beth Broderick, who played her aunts in the show.

Hart shared photos of the trio at dinner in Edinburgh, Scotland, at the aptly-named Witchery Hotel and on the city’s historic streets.

“We had a lovely dinner @thewitcheryedin and I even got my beloved ciabatta bread!” Hart wrote in the caption. “Thanks to Oliver for the tour of the property and taking such great care of this silly coven. @carolinerhea4real @bethabroderick.”

Hart previously told PEOPLE that she “definitely jived more” with the character of Clarissa on Nickelodeon’sClarissa Explains It Allthan with her teenage witch persona Sabrina, as she had grown up in tandem with Clarissa during the series.

“Being onClarissagave me that freedom to sort of figure out who I was while she’s figuring out who she is,” she said. “So it’s really a blurred line between me and Clarissa, we were the exact same age.”

AfterSabrinaended in 2003, Hart appeared inNine DeadandRobot Chickenbefore landing another role onMelissa & Joeyin 2010 alongside fellow ’90s faveJoey Lawrence.

Today, Hart is a mom to boys Mason, 16, Braydon, 14 and Tucker, 9, whom she shares withhusband Mark Wilkerson.
