Sarah Michelle Gellaris teasing fans of two of her most popular films.

The actress, 47, posted a photo to Instagram Wednesday, Nov. 27 of a director’s chair that hadI Know What You Did Last Summerprinted on the back, sparking fan speculation that she might be in the upcoming reboot after all.

Gellar posted the same photo of the director’s chair to her Instagram Stories, captioning it “Visiting my man @realfreddieprinze and my girl @jennkaytin.”

Gellar andPrinzeJr. worked together in the original 1997IKWYDLS,in which she played Helen Shivers and he played Ray Bronson.

Whether or not Gellar will appear in the 2025 sequel is unknown, but Prinze Jr. willreprise his rolein the film, alongsideChase Sui Wonders,Madelyn Cline, Sarah Pidgeon, Tyriq Withers, Jonah Haur-King, Lola Tung, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Austin Nichols and Gabbriette.

“I am dead,” Gellar toldPEOPLEin October when asked if she would be in theI Know What You Did Last Summerreboot. However, she said she might have an “unofficial” role in the project, with bothher husbandstarring in it and her friend Robinson directing.

“My best friend [Jennifer Kaytin Robinson] is directing it, so we joke that I have an unofficial job, which is I am continuity,” Gellar said. “So I’m always the one telling her, ‘Well, that would happen, or that wouldn’t happen with those characters,’ so I do have kind of an unofficial job title.”
