Three men have accusedSean “Diddy” Combsof drugging and raping them in new lawsuits filed in New York state on Thursday.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra filed the suits in New York state Supreme Court on behalf of three anonymous men, who all have accused Combs, 55, of serving them spiked drinks and sexually assaulting them between 2019 and 2022.
One of the men — all of whom are suing anonymously and are referred to only as John Doe — alleged in his suit that Combs and several of his associates from his Bad Boy Records label drugged and raped him during a 2020 party at Combs' house in East Hampton, New York.
“Throughout the rest of the night, plaintiff faded in-and-out of consciousness,” the suit alleges, adding that the “plaintiff attempted to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so. [He] had not consented to this kind of sexual activity, or any, and had been incapable of consent while unconscious.”
Combs' conduct was “shocking and outrageous” beyond “the reasonable bounds of decency,” reads the suit.

Another one of the alleged victims claimed in a separate suit that he and Combs met at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019. He says that he was invited to an afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel, where Combs allegedly served him a drugged cocktail and then raped him.
“While plaintiff was sitting on the bed, feeling disoriented, defendant Sean Combs looked at him and the other people in the room and said, ‘He is ready to party,'” the suit alleges.
The man claims that he fell unconscious and then briefly woke up during the assault, where he saw Combs and also saw a man and woman recording him. When he woke up the next morning, the man who recorded the incident gave him $2,500 in cash, saying that it was from Combs, per the filing.
The man alleges Combs made him a cocktail as they were discussing the payments, and he soon fell unconscious on a couch. When he woke up, he alleges that Combs was assaulting him.

“When plaintiff questioned defendant Sean Combs and attempted to resist his advances, Combs told him to ‘stop’ and that he was ‘almost done,'” the suit alleges, adding that Combs’ associates threatened and intimidated the victim into silence. “[After] the rape, defendant Sean Combs told plaintiff that going to the police will make [him] ‘look like an idiot’ and that because Combs is ‘Diddy,’ plaintiff would never be able to substantiate his claims against [him].“The three men are each seeking a jury trial and have asked to be awarded unspecified damages from Combs. Sony Music Holdings and Bad Boy Entertainment have also been named as defendants in each of the suits.

Attorneys for Combs contended the claims were “full of lies” in a statement to PEOPLE.
“These complaints are full of lies,” they said. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
The new allegations come amid a slew of lawsuits and other claims filed against Combs over the past year.
