Theengagedcouple revisited the restaurant where they had their first date and recreated the shrimp curry dish they ate,sharing the romantic results to Instagram on Monday, Mar. 10.

“I thought it would be really cool if we came back and cooked with Jazz. Do you not know who Jazz is?” Blanco, 37, said in the clip, filmed in the chef’s restaurant kitchen, alongside his 32-year-old fiancée.

“We’re making fried shrimp with curry,” the music producer said while waving the large raw fish for the camera as Gomez cheered. The pair then created the delicious-looking plate with lemongrass and coconut milk, serving it with lettuce. “I like to add more sauce,” Blanco said, ladelling it onto the dish.

“It looks so perfect,” Blanco said as theOnly Murders In The Buildingstar tucked in with a big smile.

Gomez, who announced her engagement to Blanco in December after dating for more than a year, marked his recent37th birthdaywith a candid carousel of images taken throughout their relationship.

The couple have always enjoyed sharing insights into their relationship, and to mark Valentine’s Day back in February, Gomez and Blanco spoke toInterviewmagazineabout how they balance each other out — and have “the best time” in their relationship.

“I’m more of an introvert that can be an extrovert, but the obligation has to be there,” Gomez told the outlet. “So it’s nice to have someone who balances that out and gets me out of the house.”

Blanco added that their dynamic is “so good” because “she calms [him] down when [he] needs it. Whenever I’m feeling anything but perfect, she knows the exact thing to say” he added.

Another snippet of the interview saw Blanco admit his fears about losing his fiancée, revealing that he’s “so scared” she will change her mind about him.

“I worship the ground she walks on and I feel like she’s the same way to me,” Blanco told the publication. “There’s no ego between us. She’s praying for me to win and I’m praying for her to win.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the couple discussed working on their first surprise album together,I Said I Love You First, which is due March 21.
