“Best and only photo I got while celebrating my bday to commemorate a gorgeous year of life and absolutely massive leg bruise,” she wrote on her Instagram Story alongside an image of her with the dark bruise on display.

The couple werefirst romantically linked in July 2018and quietlygot engagedin December 2023, a source confirmed to PEOPLE.

“They are engaged. They both want to be married. It’s important for them,” the source said, adding at the time that Pattinson couldn’t “wait to be a dad.”

Waterhouse and Pattinson made theirfirst official appearance togethersince their daughter’s birth in October 2024, when they attended the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles.
