A.J. Brownis a man of his word!
On Wednesday, Feb. 12, the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver paid a special visit to the hospital where 10-year-old Andre “Tre” Howard III is recovering after he was seriously injuredwhile protecting his sister from a deadly plane crash.
Howard was in a car with his siblings and his father Andre Howard Jr. when the crash occurred in northeast Philadelphia on Friday, Jan. 31.
When news about the boy’s heroic actions reached Brown while he was at Super Bowl 2025, he made a promise to visit him.

And, just three days later, he was able to meet one of the game’s heroes.
Brown arrived at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with presents in tow — and a very special guest of his own, the Vince Lombardi trophy.
